Group Activities

Group & Centre base activities are valuable interventions that promote social interaction, emotional well-being, and overall recovery. These activities involve participants coming together in a supportive and inclusive environment to participate in various therapeutic exercises, discussions, and recreational pursuits.
Group activities can be structured to cater to specific participant’s needs and conditions. They may include group therapy sessions, support groups, art therapy, music therapy, physical exercise groups, and more. These activities provide a platform to share experiences, build connections, and develop a sense of belonging, which can be particularly beneficial during challenging times.
Engaging in group activities enhances communication skills, fosters empathy, and reduces feelings of isolation, contributing to a positive healing environment.
Accessible Living Homes helps its clients in joining quality Group and Centre based activities. This include but not limited to wide range of social, sports, arts and craft, music and other special activities such as drumming, discos and day trips. We can also help you to develop your skills in cooking with cooking classes, household tasks and money handling.
