Step 1
Application Process
Great choice — we are glad you’ve found an opportunity that aligns with your goals.
Select Apply to get started through our online recruitment system. We suggest setting aside a few moments to complete the application thoroughly.
After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know your application has been successfully received and is under review.
Step 2
Application Review
After your application is submitted, our team will carefully assess it against the requirements of the role.
If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to arrange the next stage of the recruitment process, including an interview.
Step 3
Interview Process
This stage is all about getting to know each other. Interviews may be held online or in person, and depending on the role, you may take part in more than one discussion. It’s your chance to learn more about the position and our organisation, while we learn more about you.
You’ll typically meet with a small panel that includes a representative from the hiring team. The conversation will focus on your motivations, how your values align with ours, and the experience, skills, and qualifications you bring.
We’re excited to connect with you beyond your application and explore how you could contribute to the Accessible Living Homes community.
Step 4
Checking Compliance & Employment Offer
At this stage, and depending on the position, we may request any additional information needed to finalise your application before moving forward with an employment offer.
Our team will guide you throughout this process to ensure everything runs smoothly. This may involve providing two professional referees, completing online assessments, and undertaking mandatory checks required to work within disability and support services.
These checks may include, but are not limited to, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working With Children Check, and a National Police Check. Please note that final requirements can vary depending on the role and location.
